How we work

First call- First of all we will discuss your project over the phone and get a feel for your requirements, budgets and timeline. We can offer some basic advice on options and usually suggest a budget for your project. Alternatively, you can go to our get a quote page and give us your details that way.

First visit - Once we know roughly what youneed we will visit your property, discuss your requirements in depth, review any plans and carry out a budgetary survey.

Quotation - Following our visit we will usually work up a quotation for your project.

Detailed Specification - If the price matches your requirements we arrange a detailed survey and prepare a specification. We may also need to undertake trial digs if your project involves significant structural works.

Contract & Start on Site - As soon as the discussion phase is finished we go ahead with your project and you're on the way to having a waterproofed basement!!
